Get started with Bookengo quickly by setting up your account and making your first reservation to experience seamless shuttle management.

Get Started in Minutes

Bookengo makes shuttle reservations effortless for hotel managers. Follow these steps to create your account, configure your hotel details, and book your first shuttle. Within minutes, you manage guest transportation seamlessly.

Prepare your hotel address and shuttle provider details before starting. This speeds up setup.

Create Your Account

Visit Bookengo

Navigate to app.bookengo.com and click Sign Up.

Select Hotel Manager as your role.

Enter Details

Provide your name, hotel name (e.g., "Grand Plaza Hotel"), and business email.

Create a strong password and agree to terms.

Verify Email

Check your inbox for the verification link. Click it to activate your account.

Initial Platform Setup

Configure your hotel and shuttles post-login.

Go to Settings > Hotel Profile.

Enter address: 123 Marina Bay, Miami, FL 33139.

Add contact: +1-555-0123, manager@grandplazahotel.com.

Save changes.

Enable notifications in Settings > Alerts for real-time reservation updates.

Place Your First Reservation

Book a shuttle for a guest arriving today.

New Reservation

Click New Reservation on the dashboard.

Guest Details

Enter: Guest John Doe, Pickup Miami Airport (MIA), Dropoff Grand Plaza Hotel, Time 2024-10-15T14:00:00Z, Passengers 2.

Select Provider

Choose ShuttlePro, Rate standard.

Review total: $50.00.

Confirm

Add notes: Flight AA123, baggage claim.

Click Book Now. Receive confirmation email.
