MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
3. Responsibilities
Front Office:
- Inform guests about booking via QR code or website.
- Assist guests who need help booking.
- Monitor bookings in the Admin Panel.
- Handle exceptional cases.
Operations Manager:
- Train staff.
- Oversee admin panel usage.
- Coordinate with Bookengo support.
- Ensure tracker link is displayed correctly.
Drivers:
- Follow timetable.
- Report issues to FO.
- Keep tracking device charged if applicable.
